One projects upcoming projects in Ravet is near to Celestial city, it is a Gaikwad construction group project. Launching on Dashera. Sample flat is also ready. 2 BHK Sq. foot area is around 1020 sq foot.
& rate is in the range of Rs. 3000- 3300 / sq foot.
Other projects are Tropica. Which is as like my dream project. The location & the design of the rooms are fantastic. You will denefinitely get get value for money their.

Celestial city is JV of Rama group & Farande group. Location is very best for future purpose. It is far near to both highways. Future value of these houses is very good.

Hill top projects layout is excellent. This projects is of Uday construction. The location wise it is superb.
The work of Ravet Aundh highway is going on fast. Therefore development of the Ravet is defenitely very good. Next to Ravet there is a kiwale & PunawaleVillage & next to it Mamurdi. Therefore if you are looking for the investment you can look at Punawale & Kiwale. If you are looking for the Residential for self Ravet is the best option.
Newly launched Prestine properties project booked full before launching. These are the indications of the future demand of Ravet.
Some projects are at MIDC road like Serene Scapes, Mid town. These are also very good location wise.
